Dabigatran Impurity 5 is chemically Methyl 3-(2-(((4-(N-((hexyloxy)carbonyl)carbamimidoyl)phenyl)amino)methyl)-1-methyl-N-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-5-carboxamido)propanoate. It is also known as Dabigatran Etexilate Methyl Ester Analog. Dabigatran Impurity 5 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Dabigatran Impurity 5 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Dabigatran.
