Cyanocobalamin EP Impurity A is chemically Coα-[α-(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazolyl)]-Coβ-cyano-8β-hydroxycobamic a,b,d,e,g-pentaamidec,8-γ-lactone (as per EP).
