Citalopram Hydrochloride is chemically (1RS)-1-[3-(Dimethylamino)propyl]-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-5-carbonitrile hydrochloride (as per EP). Citalopram Hydrochloride is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
