Cefuroxime EP Impurity H is chemically (5aR,6R)-6-[[(Z)-(Furan-2-yl)(methoxyimino)acetyl]amino]-5a,6-dihydro-3H,7H-azeto[2,1-b]furo[3,4-d][1,3]thiazine-1,7(4H)-dione (as per EP) ; (Z)-N-((5aR,6R)-1,7-Dioxo-1,3,4,5a,6,7-hexahydroazeto[2,1-b]furo[3,4-d][1,3]thiazin-6-yl)-2-(furan-2-yl)-2-(methoxyimino)acetamide (as per USP). It is also known as Cefuroxime Axetil EP Impurity E ; Cefuroxime Lactone (USP). Cefuroxime EP Impurity H is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cefuroxime EP Impurity H can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cefuroxime.
