Cefixime EP Impurity B is chemically 2-[[[(Z)-1-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-[[[(2R,5RS)-5-methyl-7-oxo-1,2,5,7-tetrahydro-4H-furo[3,4-d][1,3]thiazin-2-yl]methyl]amino]-2-oxoethylidene]amino]oxy]acetic acid (as per EP). Cefixime EP Impurity B is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cefixime EP Impurity B can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cefixime.
