Cefaclor is chemically (6R,7R)-7-[[(2R)-2-Amino-2-phenylacetyl]amino]-3-chloro-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP). It is also known as Ceclor ; Distaclor ; Keflor ; Raniclor . Cefaclor is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cefaclor can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cefaclor.
