Capsaicin Impurity 2 is chemically (4E,6E)-N-(4-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-8-methylnona-4,6-dienamide compound with (E)-N-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-8-methylnona-6,8-dienamide (1:1).
