Budesonide D8 is chemically (6aR,6bS,7S,8aS,8bS,11aR,12aS,12bS)-7-Hydroxy-8b-(2-hydroxyacetyl)-6a,8a-dimethyl-10-(propyl-d7)-1,2,6a,6b,7,8,8a,8b,11a,12,12a,12b-dodecahydro-4H-naphtho[2',1':4,5]indeno[1,2-d][1,3]dioxol-4-one-10-d. Budesonide D8 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Budesonide D8 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Budesonide.
