Bisacodyl EP Impurity C is chemically 4-[(RS)-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)(pyridin-2-yl)methyl]phenyl acetate (as per EP) ; (4-[(4-Hydroxyphenyl)(pyridin-2-yl)methyl]phenyl acetate) (as per USP). It is also known as Desacetyl Bisacodyl ; Bisacodyl USP Related Compound C. Bisacodyl EP Impurity C is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Bisacodyl EP Impurity C can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Bisacodyl.
