Atropine Hemisulfate Monohydrate is chemically (1R,3R,5S)-8-Methyl-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl (2RS)-3-hydroxy-2-phenylpropanoate hemisulfate hemihydrate (as per EP) ; Benzeneacetic acid, α-(hydroxymethyl)-8-methyl-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl ester, endo-(±)- hemisulfate hemihydrate (as per USP). Atropine Hemisulfate Monohydrate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
