Atracurium Impurity D1 is chemically (1R,2S)-1-(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-(3-((5-hydroxypentyl)oxy)-3-oxopropyl)-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolin-2-ium. Atracurium Impurity D1 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Atracurium Impurity D1 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Atracurium.
