5-O-Desethyl Amlodipine is chemically 2-​[(2-​Aminoethoxy)​methyl]​-​4-​(2-​chlorophenyl)​-​1,​4-​dihydro-​6-​methyl-3,​5-​pyridinedicarboxylic Acid ​5-​Methyl Ester.
