Amiodarone EP Impurity G is chemically [4-[2-(Diethylamino)ethoxy]-3,5-diiodophenyl][2-[(1RS)-1-methoxybutyl]benzofuran-3-yl]methanone hydrochloride (as per EP) ; [2-[(1RS)-1-Methoxybutyl]benzofuran-3-yl][4-[2-(diethylamino)ethoxy]-3,5-diiodophenyl]methanone hydrochloride (as per USP). It is also known as Amiodarone Related Compound G. Amiodarone EP Impurity G is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Amiodarone EP Impurity G can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Amiodarone.
