Amikacin Disulfate

Amikacin Disulfate is chemically 6-O-(3-Amino-3-deoxy-α-D-glucopyranosyl)-4-O-(6-amino-6-deoxy-α-D-glucopyranosyl)-1-N-[(2S)-4-amino-2-hydroxybutanoyl]-2-deoxy-D-streptamine disulfate (as per EP) ; O-3-Amino-3-deoxy-α-d-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-O-[6-amino-6-deoxy-α-d-glucopyranosyl(1→6)]-N3-(4-amino-l-2-hydroxybutyryl)-2-deoxy-l-streptamine disulfate (as per USP). Amikacin Disulfate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Amikacin Disulfate can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Amikacin.
