Adapalene is chemically 6-(4-Methoxy-3-tricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]dec-1-ylphenyl)naphthalene-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP); 6-[3-(1-Adamantyl)-4-methoxyphenyl]-2-naphthoic acid (as per USP). Adapalene is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Adapalene can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Adapalene.
