Abacavir Sulfate is chemically Bis[[(1S,4R)-4-[2-amino-6-(cyclopropylamino)-9H-purin-9-yl]cyclopent-2-enyl]methanol] sulfate (as per EP); (1S,4R)-4-[2-Amino-6-(cyclopropylamino)-9H-purin-9-yl]-2-cyclopentene-1-methanol sulfate (as per USP). Abacavir Sulfate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Abacavir Sulfate can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Abacavir.
