9-Hydroxycamptothecin is chemically (4S)-4-Ethyl-4,9-dihydroxy-1H-pyrano[3′,4′:6,7]indolizino[1,2-b]quinoline-3,14(4H,12H)-dione (as per USP). 9-Hydroxycamptothecin is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 9-Hydroxycamptothecin can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Camptothecin.
