5-Hydroxy Drospirenone is chemically (4aR,4bS,6aS,7S,7aS,8aS,8bS,8cR,8dR,9aR,9bR)-9b-hydroxy-4a,6adimethyloctadecahydro-5'H-spiro[cyclopropa[4,5]cyclopenta[1,2-a]cyclopropa[l]phenanthrene-7,2'-furan]-2,5'(1H)-dione;. It is also known as 5-Beta Hydroxy Drospirenone Lactone. 5-Hydroxy Drospirenone is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 5-Hydroxy Drospirenone can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Drospirenone.
