3-Hydroxy Azithromycinoic Acid is chemically (2R,3S,4S,5R,6R,8R)-5-(((2S,3R,4S,6R)-4-(Dimethylamino)-3-hydroxy-6-methyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)oxy)-3,6-dihydroxy-2,4,6,8-tetramethyl-9-(methyl((2R,3R,4R,5R)-3,4,5-trihydroxy-4-methylheptan-2-yl)amino)nonanoic acid. 3-Hydroxy Azithromycinoic Acid is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 3-Hydroxy Azithromycinoic Acid can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Azithromycin.
