(2’S,2R,Trans)-Saxagliptin is chemically (1S,3R,5S)-2-[(2S)-2-Amino-2-(3-hydroxytricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]dec-1-yl)acetyl]-2-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane-3-carbonitrile hydrochloride. (2’S,2R,Trans)-Saxagliptin is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. (2’S,2R,Trans)-Saxagliptin can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Saxagliptin.
