Ritonavir EP Impurity E is chemically Thiazol-5-yl-methyl [(1S,2S,4S)-1-benzyl-2-hydroxy-4-[[(2S)-2-[[[[2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)thiazol-4-yl]methyl]methylcarbamoyl]amino]-3-methylbutanoyl]amino]-5-phenylpentyl]carbamate (as per EP); Thiazol-5-ylmethyl (2S,3S,5S)-3-hydroxy-5-[(S)-2-(3-{[2-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)thiazol-4-yl]methyl}-3-methylureido)-3-methylbutanamido]-1,6-diphenylhexan-2-ylcarbamate (as per USP). It is also known as Hydroxy Ritonavir (USP) . Ritonavir EP Impurity E is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Ritonavir EP Impurity E can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Ritonavir.
