Raltegravir EP Impurity E is chemically N-benzyl-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-[2-(5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-carboxamido)propan-2-yl]-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidine-4-carboxamide (as per EP); N-{2-[4-(Benzylcarbamoyl)-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl]propan-2-yl}-5-methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-carboxamide (as per USP). It is also known as Raltegravir USP Related Compound E. Raltegravir EP Impurity E is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Raltegravir EP Impurity E can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Raltegravir.
