Mixture of (2R,3S) & (2S,3R) Efinaconazole is chemically (2R,3S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-(4-methylenepiperidin-1-yl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-ol compound with (2S,3R)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-3-(4-methylenepiperidin-1-yl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-ol (1:1). Mixture of (2R,3S) & (2S,3R) Efinaconazole is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Mixture of (2R,3S) & (2S,3R) Efinaconazole can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Efinaconazole.
