Fesoterodine Related Impurity 10 is chemically (R)-2-(3-(diisopropylamino)-1-phenylpropyl)-4-(hydroxymethyl)phenyl methacrylate. It is also known as (R)-5-Hydroxymethyl Tolterodine Methacrylate.
