Exemestane Impurity 5 is chemically (8R,9S,10R,13S,14S)-10,13-Dimethyl-1,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16-dodecahydro-3H-cyclopenta[a]phenanthrene-3,17(2H)-dione. It is also known as Androstenedione ; Fecundin ; 17-Ketotestosterone. Exemestane Impurity 5 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Exemestane Impurity 5 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Exemestane.
