Benazepril Hydrochloride

Benazepril Hydrochloride is chemically [(3S)-3-[[(1S)-1-(Ethoxycarbonyl)-3-phenylpropyl]amino]-2-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-1-benzazepin-1-yl]acetic acid hydrochloride (as per EP) ; (3S)-3-[[(1S)-1-Carboxy-3-phenylpropyl]amino]-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2-oxo-1H-1-benzazepine-1-acetic acid, 3-ethyl ester, monohydrochloride (as per USP). Benazepril Hydrochloride is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Benazepril Hydrochloride can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Benazepril hydrochloride.
