Atazanavir Sulfate is chemically Methyl [(5S,10S,11S,14S)-11-benzyl-5-tert-butyl-10-hydroxy-15,15-dimethyl-3,6,13-trioxo-8-[[4-(pyridin-2-yl)phenyl]methyl]-2-oxa-4,7,8,12-tetraazahexadecan-14-yl]carbamate sulfate (as per EP) ; Dimethyl (3S,8S,9S,12S)-9-benzyl-3,12,di-tert-butyl-8-hydroxy-4,11-dioxo-6-(p-2-pyridylbenzyl)-2,5,6,10,13-pentaazatetradecanedioate (as per USP). Atazanavir Sulfate is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Atazanavir Sulfate can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Atazanavir.
