Acebrophylline is chemically (1R,4R)-4-((2-Amino-3,5-dibromobenzyl)amino)cyclohexan-1-ol 2-(1,3-dimethyl-2,6-dioxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-7H-purin-7-yl)acetate. It is also known as Ambromucil ; Broncomnes ; Surfolase. Acebrophylline is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Acebrophylline can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Acebrophylline.
