Abemaciclib is chemically N-(5-((4-Ethylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl)pyridin-2-yl)-5-fluoro-4-(4-fluoro-1-isopropyl-2-methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-6-yl)pyrimidin-2-amine. It is also known as Verzenio ; Verzenios. Abemaciclib is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Abemaciclib can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Abemaciclib.
