Colchicine Hydrochloride is chemically N-[(7S,12aM)-1,2,3,10-Tetramethoxy-9-oxo-5,6,7,9-tetrahydrobenzo[a]heptalen-7-yl]acetamide Hydrochloride (as per EP); (S)-N-(5,6,7,9-tetrahydro-1,2,3,10-tetramethoxy-9-oxobenzo[a]heptalen-7-yl)-acetamide Hydrochloride (as per USP). Colchicine Hydrochloride is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Colchicine Hydrochloride can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Colchicine.
