Aprepitant (S,S,S)-Isomer is chemically 5-([(2S,3S)-2-((S)-1-[3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]ethoxy)-3-(4-fluoro phenyl)morpholino]methyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3(2H)-one ;. It is also known as (1S,2S,3S)-Aprepitant. Aprepitant (S,S,S)-Isomer is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
