Tezacaftor

Tezacaftor is chemically 1-(2,2-Difluoro-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-N-[1-[(2R)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl]-6-fluoro-2-(2-hydroxy-1,1-dimethylethyl)-1H-indol-5-yl]cyclopropanecarboxamide. Tezacaftor is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Tezacaftor can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Tezacaftor.
