Olanzapine 10-N-Glucuronide is chemically (2S,3S,4S,5R,6R)-3,4,5-Trihydroxy-6-(2-methyl-4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-10H-benzo[b]thieno[2,3-e][1,4]diazepin-10-yl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-carboxylic acid. Olanzapine 10-N-Glucuronide is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Olanzapine 10-N-Glucuronide can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Olanzapine.
