Vitamin B-12 C-Lactam is chemically Cobinic acid-abdeg-pentamide, 8-amino-, cyanide, γ-lactam, dihydrogen phosphate (ester), inner salt, 3'-ester with 5,6-dimethyl-1-α-D-ribofuranosyl-1H-benzimidazole. It is also known as Dehydrovitamin B12 ; Lactam-cobalamin. Vitamin B-12 C-Lactam is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Vitamin B-12 C-Lactam can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cyanocobalamin.
