Venlafaxine EP Impurity H (free base) is chemically 1-[(1RS)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-[[2-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]amino]ethyl]cyclohexanol (as per EP) ; 1-{2-[(4-Methoxyphenethyl)amino]-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl}cyclohexan-1-ol (as per USP). It is also known as Desvenlafaxine Methoxyphenethyl Analog (USP). Venlafaxine EP Impurity H (free base) is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
