Tenofovir Impurity 83 is chemically Isopropyl ((S)-phenoxy((((R)-1-(6-(((2S,3R,4R,5R)-2,3,5,6-tetrahydroxy-4-(((1R,2R,3S,4S,5R)-2,3,4-trihydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexyl)oxy)hexyl)amino)-9H-purin-9-yl)propan-2-yl)oxy)methyl)phosphoryl)-L-alaninate. Tenofovir Impurity 83 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
