Tenofovir Impurity 82 is chemically Isopropyl ((S)-((((2R)-1-(6-(((3R,4R,5S,6R)-3,4-dihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)-5-(((1R,2R,3S,4S,5R)-2,3,4-trihydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexyl)oxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)amino)-9H-purin-9-yl)propan-2-yl)oxy)methyl)(phenoxy)phosphoryl)-L-alaninate. Tenofovir Impurity 82 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
