Raltegravir Impurity 8 is chemically N-(4-Fluorobenzyl)-2-(2-(2-hydrazinyl-2-oxoacetamido)propan-2-yl)-5-hydroxy-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidine-4-carboxamide. Raltegravir Impurity 8 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Raltegravir Impurity 8 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Raltegravir.
