Amoxicillin EP Impurity G is chemically (2S,5R,6R)-6-[[(2R)-2-[[(2R)-2-Amino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetyl]amino]-2-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)acetyl]amino]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid (as per EP); (2S,5R,6R)-6-{(R)-2-[(R)-2-Amino-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido}-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid (as per USP). It is also known as Amoxicillin USP Related Compound G ; D-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)glycylamoxicillin. Amoxicillin EP Impurity G is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Amoxicillin EP Impurity G can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Amoxicillin.
