Palbociclib Cellulose Adduct is chemically 6-Acetyl-8-cyclopentyl-2-((5-(4-(2-((4,5-dihydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-6-methoxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-3-yl)oxy)-3-hydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)-5-methoxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl)amino)-5-methylpyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7(8H)-one. Palbociclib Cellulose Adduct is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
