Anastrozole HBr is chemically 2,2′-[5-(1H-1,2,4-Triazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene-1,3-diyl]bis(2-methylpropanenitrile) hydrobromide(As per EP) α,α,α′,α′-Tetramethyl-5-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-m-benzenediacetonitrile hydrobromide (as per USP). It is also known as Anastrozolum ; Anastrol ; Arimidex. Anastrozole HBr is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Anastrozole HBr can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Anastrozole.
