Capecitabine EP Impurity F is chemically Pentyl [5-fluoro-1-[(3aR,4R,6R,6aR)-6-methyl-2-oxotetrahydrofuro[3,4-d][1,3]dioxol-4-yl]-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyrimidin-4-yl]carbamate (as per EP) ; 2′,3′-O-Carbonyl-5′-deoxy-5-fluoro-N4-(pentyloxycarbonyl)cytidine (as per USP). It is also known as Capecitabine USP related compound C ; Capecitabine 2-O-BDR Impurity . Capecitabine EP Impurity F is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Capecitabine EP Impurity F can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Capecitabine.
