Fosaprepitant Impurity 19 is chemically (2R,3S)-2-((R)-1-(3,5-Bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethoxy)-3-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-((5-oxo-1-phosphono-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)methyl)morpholine 4-oxide. Fosaprepitant Impurity 19 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline.
