4-Oxo-Isotretinoin-D6 is chemically (2Z,4E,6E,8E)-3,7-Dimethyl-9-(2-methyl-6,6-bis(methyl-d3)-3-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-yl)nona-2,4,6,8-tetraenoic acid. It is also known as Isotretinoin EP Impurity H D6. 4-Oxo-Isotretinoin-D6 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. 4-Oxo-Isotretinoin-D6 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Isotretinoin.
