Azelastine Hydrochloride is chemically 4-[(4-Chlorophenyl)methyl]-2-[(4RS)-1-methylhexahydro-1H-azepin-4-yl]phthalazin-1(2H)-one hydrochloride (as per EP) ; 1(2H)-Phthalazinone, 4-[(4-chlorophenyl)methyl]-2-(hexahydro-1-methyl-1H-azepin-4-yl), monohydrochloride (as per USP). Azelastine Hydrochloride is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Azelastine Hydrochloride can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Azelastine.
