Acebutolol EP Impurity I is chemically N-[3-Acetyl-4-[(2RS)-3-(ethylamino)-2-hydroxypropoxy]phenyl]butanamide (as per EP); N-{3-Acetyl-4-[3-(ethylamino)-2-hydroxypropoxy]phenyl}butyramide (as per USP); N-Desisopropyl-N-Ethyl Acebutolol. It is also known as Acebutolol USP Related Compound I. Acebutolol EP Impurity I is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Acebutolol EP Impurity I can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Acebutolol.
