Posaconazole Impurity 53 is chemically (2S,3S)-3-(4-(4-(4-(4-(((3R,5R)-5-((1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-5-(2,4-difluorophenyl)tetrahydrofuran-3-yl)methoxy)phenyl)piperazin-1-yl)phenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)pentan-2-yl acetate. It is also known as Posaconazole Acetyl ester. Posaconazole Impurity 53 is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Posaconazole Impurity 53 can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Posaconazole.
