Lopinavir EP Impurity S is chemically (1S,3S)-1-[(1S)-1-[[2-(2,6-Dimethylphenoxy)acetyl]amino]-2-phenylethyl]-3-[[(2S)-3-methyl-2-[2-oxotetrahydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl]butanoyl]amino]-4-phenylbutyl2-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)acetate (as per EP);(2S,3S,5S)-2-[2-(2,6-Dimethylphenoxy)acetamido]-5-{(S)-3-methyl-2-[2-oxotetrahydropyrimidin-1(2H)-yl]butanamido}-1,6-diphenylhexan-3-yl 2-(2,6-dimethylphenoxy)acetate (as per USP). It is also known as Lopinavir O-Phenoxyacetyl (USP) . Lopinavir EP Impurity S is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Lopinavir EP Impurity S can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Lopinavir.
