Cisatracurium EP Impurity G is chemically 2,2′-[Pentane-1,5-diylbis[oxy(3-oxopropane-3,1-diyl)]]bis[(1R,2S)-1-[(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)methyl]-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolinium] (as per EP);(1R,1′R,2S,2′S)-2,2′-(3,11-Dioxo-4,10-dioxatridecamethylene)bis(1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6,7-dimethoxy-2-methyl-1-veratrylisoquinolinium) (as per USP). It is also known as R-trans-R′-trans-Atracurium. Cisatracurium EP Impurity G is supplied with detailed characterization data compliant with regulatory guideline. Cisatracurium EP Impurity G can be used for the analytical method development, method validation (AMV), Quality Controlled (QC) application for Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) or during commercial production of Cisatracurium.
